How long until my order is shipped?

We strive to have orders out in 3 - 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once the label is created.

do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Shipping world wide with tracking is included.
All orders are shipped from my studio in Alberta, Canada using Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and DHL Express.

What do i receive with my purchase?

A brand new, modified watch by Modatronic.
Comes with the original box/packaging, original watch stand, original instruction manual.

is the factory warranty still valid?

The watch has been opened in order to modify. The factory warranty is void.

do your timepieces retain the water resistance?

Yes. There are no modifications done that will impede or reduce the factory water resistance rating.

What is your return policy?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Post items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Personalized orders/Custom Orders
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
